      Nick and Viv are amazing

      Needed to be home by a certain time because of uncontrollable events to care for my child and felt like I had to choose and felt like I was talked to like my child doesn’t matter as long as they are making money

      Helping the customers and building lasting relationships with them.

      Cons

      The pay for the role is not competive. Your are told you are on salary however if you do not work at least 4 hours you are not paid yet the owner will require overtime and when you are off you are still required to respond to work related messages while on vacation, out sick, and in the middle of the night.

      Pros

      Family owned small business that seems to genuinely care for their employees. When my car was in the shop they loaned me a company car, and even came to jump start my car when I was stranded after work one day. Hours were fairly reliable and I liked my schedule of starting and leaving early to care for kids. Company car is provided so you don’t need to put wear and tear on your own vehicle. I was also able to take time off when needed.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low but is better when compared to other cleaning companies and they also provide some holiday pay and bonuses.
