Well the “boss” seemed great at first, didn’t take long for him to switch from a God loving & freaking man to hitting on me. Then the sweet girls I’d mentioned turned on me. All because he was going to give me my own vehicle and team. Only because I worked my tail off, no other reason unless he thought i “thank “ him?! Out of his ever loving mind! The girls started speaking I only Spanish, I guess it never occurred to them that I could understand (not fully bc of their speed, but I got the just). Absolutely disgusting behavior, I put in my two weeks after 3-4 months of this. He hadn’t paid me, well he had but the checks were no good…told him I was calling the cops and he fired me and cut me a check for $10.00 per hour-claiming that I’d never got out of training?! I was gobsmacked, I was supposed to make 50% of each place I cleaned in my own and 38% if I had help! He owes me so much money, and now broke and CANNOT find a decent job. Either over qualified or under. I kindly advise that no young women try to work here. If it was a different owner things wozldve worked out wonderfully. This is the Lexington Fayette County Kentucky! Worst job EVER..and I still clean and care for the sick or elderly in my family, church friends and family friends.

They are a terrible company to work for, they drug test regularly, and lie about the compensation, it’s entirely commission based 20% for team leads and they charge less then 200 per house on average regardless of how long it takes and will cut your pay for any expense they feel you should cover. They are not flexible with hours and will require you to leave to clean a house right before the end of your shift, they offer no benefits other then pto after a year and don’t allow you to take off for certain holidays. We cleaned the house of a friend of the owner and she was racist to the Hispanic team member and mean calling them over like dogs. I gave them a weeks notice because they require that or they cut your hours to minimum wage and the gm told me if I wasn’t going to continue training then I can leave and she’d have my hours cut regardless. They’re unprofessional and greedy please do not interact with this company.
