-Exciting programming -Friendly staff (some) -Getting to be around art all the time -Access to other museums

Cons

-Zero work-life balance -No room for professional development/advancement -HR is just one person -Extremely understaffed which leads to work crazy hours. -Lack of diversity throughout the entire organization -Low pay

work load isn't hard, simply daily task, and best part leaving everyday at 5:30PM on the dot.

Cons

To much drama in the office between staffs, and the worst poor management team.
