Really great experience that gives you real world experience prior to entering. Their rotational program is exceptional and even better if you want to transition to a full time role. Pay was above average than most other internships in the Albany area.

Cons

Location and working on a chemical plant devalued excitement towards physically coming to work everyday.

Pay is good. Benifits are good. Hours are good.

Cons

There is no cohesiveness between departments and areas. Working with different areas within the organization is like working with a separate company. No one is working toward the same mission. Each department has its own agenda and is not willing to work as one to resolve customer issues. No opportunity for growth. The wrong people are in place for management rolls. Feedback from overworked employees falls on deaf ears. Training is awful and doesn’t match what is one needs to know once out on the floor.
