Having worked at other clinics, I can confidently say MonArk is doing wonderful work with clients and cares about their staff. Compassion and care are priorities and the level of supervision from experienced BCBAs is impressive.

Pros
Supportive staff, involved and caring upper management, wonderful technicians, and a healthy work-life balance. This company truly breathed new life into me in this field. I have had the pleasure of working with three of their clinics and only have great things to say. They genuinely care about the well being of their staff and clients alike. Their approach to ABA is ethical and top quality, allowing for staff to truly take pride in their work. Communication across individuals is also amazing and a key factor for success.
