      Good insensitives, benefits, pto Corporate does lots of fun things for each building.

      Cons

      They say they will give you full time hours but it’s only 30 hours. Which might work for nursing staff but kitchen staff doesn’t have options for picking up shifts to gain 40 hours weekly. Unless someone quits. You’re forced to pick up hours cause the director think they aren’t obligated to work shifts.

      Cons

      Expected to perform the same duties in the assisted living facility as an activity director and work the same amount of hours, but only get paid $14 an hour to do so. You also are treated and recognized as "entry level" staff but literally must figure out how to run a program for the clients on your own with very minimal leadership or support from senior staff.
