      Flexible, growth within company, and many all over Minnesota.

      Cons

      Poor communication, change over in management more then I'd think is normal. Unless you are trying to work your way up.

      Pros

      Staff were wonderful when you got to know them and they got to know you and trust you. They loved doing "stuff" for their employees. Prize giveaways, party's etc.

      Cons

      You worked 24/7 weekends included was a ton to manage compared to some others in the same position work life balance not there.

      Can be flexible with schedule. They gave nice bonuses for picking up shifts.

      Not enough staff and the residents were the ones that felt it the most.
