Pros

Being a newer company, I had reservations working for them, but it has been amazing. I am allowed to implement many different programs to make the facility better for the staff and resident's. I have always loved working in geriatrics and I feel that Monarch supports their employees and help them to succeed.

Cons

Staff attitude at times is negative but that is everywhere you go.

Terrible management and leaders. Your 20/20 vision and You are the Reason campaign is a big joke when management doesn’t even treat us well
