Pros

Previous to working with Monarch, I had worked in the recruiting field for over 20 years, so I had come in contact with 100's of companies. After interviewing with the COO, and my eventual Manager, I was struck by their transparency/honesty. Since joining, I have found that the "family oriented" attitude is a constant. We really do work well together here. I have seen an abundance of kindness here. It is rare, in my mind, to find a company that because of the way it does business and treats people, makes one want to become a better person! I am still trying to figure out the magic/secret sauce as to why things consistently go well here. Respect for others and hard work might be the key.

Cons

I've not encountered large enough issues here to be concerned.

I've been in the industry for 18 years and never worked for a company that cares about their employees like Monarch does. Monarch is constantly getting bigger with a lot of growth potential. They have great benefits and perks for their employees.

Cons

I have yet to see or hear of any cons about Monarch. No company is perfect but Monarch is as close as I've seen and thriving to become even better.

Working with Monarch for almost 2 years has been life changing. Even with our growing company it still feels like family. Monarch growth opens up so many opportunities internally and externally. Monarch stands behind their employees, has the best leadership and mentors. The leadership and mentors encourage us, are supportive and challenge us to succeed. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and this is from the top down. I personally work with the best company and co workers both near and far.
