Pros

This company pays well and offers a lot of flexibility. Depending on what team you're on, they are supportive and willing to take feedback.

Cons

The executive team has a toxic culture and they don't seem to understand the younger generation of workers. The company as a whole is a mess and doesn't deliver what they promise. To be expected with a new company, but I hope they find a way to improve company culture.
