Pros

Decent training and mostly remote

Cons

You are extremely dispensable and replaceable, if you don't perform to their standards they will get rid of you and find someone else. Management is toxic. I highly recommend getting a good therapist before you start working here.

Pros

They are so good at selling you a dream that you can make money and that you’re supported by management. When in reality you’re only as good as the candidates you can manipulate into taking jobs under pressure to meet internal deadlines. God forbid candidates have any free will because then you have no candidate control. But don’t worry, close enough deals then you can be used an examples to your team on how much worse they are at their job or if you don’t, you’re made into an example of what happens when you’re “just not built for this”. Either way be ready to be singled out and pitted against each other. You’ll gain so much experience in sacrificing your own mental health to stay employed for mediocre pay. You’ll trauma bond with your coworkers and have your family or friends start questioning whether you’re okay until you’re eventually on a PIP no matter how long you’ve been with the company and actually deliver. You’ll get such extensive training in recruitment that anywhere you go after you feel like you just went thru grueling boot camp but make sure to actually treat people like humans when you do.

Cons

Everything is falling apart. I’ve seen so many people leave or be fired after I left and you can tell the company is struggling. The President truly is the reason management is micromanaging, overworked, and under appreciated. This all trickles down to the lower level teams and no one is happy. She really has no real sense of what the market is like and sits on her high horse berating teams openly. Do not join. Save yourself. Leave if you’re still at mondo reading this and are relating to anything I’m saying.
