      • Great upper level management support and communication! • Unlimited PTO! And they mean it! • Fun environment - Work hard / Play hard! • There is unlimited potential for you to grow & opportunity for you to transfer to other offices too! • Rewards for hard work & great incentives for meeting goals! • Boston’s got an open concept office with great music always playing – No Cubicles!

      Cons

      • Longer hours (but it’s not totally a con because of the great environment and if I stay late it’s because I’m on a role closing deals or making great connections for future business! $$) • If you wait for things to come to you, this probably isn't the place for you.

      - You can literally write your own paychecks... what you put in, is what you get out $$$. - There are a ton of opportunities, one can create their own path at Mondo. Whether you want to go into Recruiting, Sales, Leadership or even transfer offices... as long as you work hard, communicate with your team/managers and remain consistent -- Mondo will 100% support you. - Mondo also fully embraces the "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality - so if you can not hang... look for another team! - The company is innovative and growing -- recently launched Mondo Labs which is the full service internal digital agency - Best perk of all.. is the UNLIMITED PTO!!!

      only pro was the people; a lot of young employees

      Cons

      long hours, little pay, no room for advancement, feel like you are always on edge and could loose your job at any minute, too much pressure to "book meetings", management does not train at all. they only like you when you score a deal. benefits are not true at all!
