      Great start to a sales career

      Pros

      You can really learn a lot about yourself, staffing, and sales in your role here. Everyone is supportive of your career and development. My manager has been really understanding about sick days and vacation days since my start here.

      Cons

      The ramp-up time can be slower in the staffing industry than in traditional software or other sales roles. There is also a lot of turnover, and it's sad to see your coworkers go! Health insurance is expensive, but probably standard in this industry.

      Pros

      Company culture is awesome. Young office, but we've all got a drive to get it done and see this office grow.If you're looking for a start-up feel, it definitely has that, which works very well with my personality. Unlimited PTO, benefits about to kick in. Had a coworker decided he needed to go back home to Chicago and was able to transfer, only having been with Mondo a few months.

      Cons

      The office is always so cold. But I also have a blanket at my desk, so not so bad. It is a bit disheartening seeing the turnover, though I don't think it can really be attributed to management or company culture in this office. Seemingly due to Mondo giving younger kids a chance that are new to sales that end up just end up realizing that sales isn't for them.

      Pros

      My interview process was seamless due to my awesome recruiter. The opportunity for growth within Mondo is unlike any other company. We are given the freedom to focus on accounts that we want and the hard work you put will equal the success you get from the company.

      The hours can be tough
