Pros

Great fast paced environment with room to make a ton of money! They hire really energetic people which makes for a fun atmosphere.

Cons

A lot of people work here as their first job out of college & there is a bit of a ramp up period. They expect a lot out of someone within the first 3 months, even if it that person's first job.

Pros

Mondo has been a great fit for me! I enjoy coming to work every day because every day is so different. You never know who you’re going to talk to in the day or what connection you may make with you candidates. I like being a technical recruiter because I love getting on the phones and creating relationships with my candidates while also helping them with the next step in their career. I love being a part of a team but I also like being able to challenge myself to go the extra mile during the day whether it’s one more phone call, submittal, etc. Everyone in the office is great and it makes coming to work a lot of fun.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons to date.

Work Hard, Play Hard

Pros

The culture is amazing at Mondo. Filled with a lot of young go-getters who motivate one another and have healthy competition. Mondo lives by a work hard play hard mindset and employees are always striving for more. Employees are rewarded for their hard work through forced fun days off and group activities. Mondo management is also very lenient and understanding of time off and vacations as they understand how dedicated employees are.

Cons

Not a ton of room for growth. It takes a lot of time to ramp up at Mondo to see results. You really need to grind it out to see how successful you can be. Turn over rate is very high. Management can tend to overstep your decisions within your book of business which can be difficult when trying to establish yourself at Mondo. The days are long. If you're looking for an 8-4 or a 9-5 Mondo is not the place for you.
