Pros

It doesn't take a genius to realize that the review titles are all fake. I mean... that's a lot of alliteration and hackiness to be real. I will hand it to their marketing prisoners... they sure do a decent job drowning out the real reviews. I'm literally watching my boss type this BS as we speak.

Cons

Why I'm writing this? Because after 6 months (which is considered tenure here) of emotional, physical, and verbal abuse... I couldn't care less. I'm quitting soon. You all suck.

Pros

None, seriously. All pros up front are just lies - none of the benefits are true (or available) and there's not even a 401k for a year, and even then they don't match or contribute.

Cons

Long hours, can't even "go to lunch" - must eat at your desk. No creative liberty, no leadership, no ideas - they literally take all ideas from other companies and make into their "innovative" processes. Marketing team is a complete joke. Forced to write glassdoor reviews in order to be qualified for a bonus - any review that's positive is likely fake. No career advancement, no benefits, no culture, no values.

Pros

I really liked some of the other people on my team. That's the only reason for the second star.

Cons

Where to begin. The micromanagement is insane. You get barely any PTO, and can't take any in the first 3 months. You don't have insurance for the first month . The insurance also SUCKS (I didn't go to the doctor the whole time I was there). You're forced to treat candidates like animals - pressuring them to accept jobs without taking the time to think through the decision and basically bully them into a position. There will be incentive competitions for VISA GIFT CARDS to get you to grind harder than you already are. You can't submit a candidate who doesn't say they would accept a job on the same day as an offer is delivered. It's a revolving door and you can tell based on the policies. You don't commission until the last day of the NEXT month, so you're held hostage. When I reflect on my time at Mondo I sometimes can't believe it was real. The management team is so sick, mostly because they try to gaslight people into thinking they're empowered when they're really so micromanaged they have no autonomy. People supporting each other is fake and full of alterior motives.
