      Pros

      I've only been with Mondo for two months, but I really love it. The culture is excellent and the management gives you every opportunity to succeed. Also, it is a true team atmosphere. All of the Technical Recruiters and Account Directors work together to make sure deals get closed. It's a very work hard, play hard mentality. Great benefits and a lot of incentives, as well!

      Cons

      It's not for everybody. You need to have an aggressive attitude and be very sales minded to succeed. However, if you are willing to put the hard work in, it can be very rewarding.

      Pros

      The training I’ve received, the investments Mondo has made in training software, combined with the mentor program upper management has initiated, has resulted in a thriving, successful work environment. You will learn A LOT working here.

      Cons

      Philly is essentially a secondary market, so sometimes it can be difficult to locate top-tier talent that you’d fine in New York City, Chicago, LA, etc. But that is not the case with Mondo. The company has put a lot of money and effort into making sure that we are able to recruit top-notch, international talent and I’d put our people up against any in the industry.
