      Mondo gives you a ton of opportunity to grow. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. They have a great process for selling and the training is top notch. They have great employee benefits which taps into the great culture at Mondo. If you work at Mondo you will gain so many positive attributes that will help you become the best professional you can be.

      Cons

      Mondo has a sales first mentality. Sometimes recruiters feel like they are 2nd to sales.

      Only downside I can recognize so far is that you must wait 90 days to gain medical benefits.
