Pros
The potentials here are endless. There really is no limit to how much money you can make with this company. Also, the vacation policy, there is none. I have been able to take countless vacations and utilize time off whenever I needed it without feeling bad. Mondo has been extremely generous with allowing me to spend time with my family on the other side of the country and giving me time off during every holiday I could ever think of.
Cons
I am not sure if this is a con but you really need to be prepared to work harder than you have ever worked before, but that alone will not be enough. You will need to get creative. You are going after a thoroughly saturated market and if you want to stick out and attract new business, you are going to have to think outside of the box. This is definitely not for somebody that prefers autonomy, be prepared to be held accountable for high activity and answering to your manager on a daily basis.
