Pros

You have support when you have miserable day after day from your coworkers who are also just as miserable. You can laugh about how much of a joke the company is while sipping a beer on the companies money. Also, very easy to act like you are working when in reality you are listening to music in your headphones or applying to other jobs in the area.

Cons

If you want your managers to sit and call you an idiot, retarded, pathetic, horrible at your job, etc. then this is the place for you. It is run by a bunch of losers who made it big by a small idea. If you talk to ANYONE in the tech industry, they ask WHO IS MONDO?? They make new graduates believe that this job and expectations are normal of the "real world", but in reality you work 10+ hours in the office, are always on call and have to be available for the most ridiculous things, and are judged by the way you look and dress. I worked in an office that within 6 months of being hired less than 20% of the people I started with were still employed there. They fire for reasons that are mostly related to how management is run. One day you will come into the office and by lunch you are fired. I have seen people promise jobs to potential clients to "close the deal" and then the next day they tell them the position was offered to someone else. As an employee of Mondo you have to have ZERO morals and feel okay with lying to people on a constant basis.

Pros

I made a lot of good friends that I'll have for years to come. As far as what I learned from Mondo, I learned how to hustle and that's my ONLY takeaway from Mondo. There's a good structure with numbers, but they fall short at knowing when numbers don't matter. It's about giving our clients good candidates, not lying to them to close a deal.

Cons

They don't care about you; you are a walking dollar sign who will be replaced as soon as you stop preforming. It's sales even if you're a recruiter, and regardless of how well you do - you will not be treated well. You will be micromanaged, you will be talked down to, and you WILL be treated with disrespect. They try and give the perks of unlimited vacation, but try and take a day off... good luck. If you're a recruiter, even try and go to lunch, good luck. You are a SLAVE to Mondo. There is NO work/life balance. You are expected to live, eat, breath this company, and FOR WHAT? You will be miserable, absolutely miserable. They tell you that you'll make a lot of money, but it's only because your salary is WAY below market rate so the commission has to offset your horrible pay. Your commission is also not guaranteed. Mondo can honestly fire you and not pay you a cent. Everything I've written is true. They'll put in a bunch of reviews that lie just to offset this one, but honestly, don't waste your time. Not all staffing agencies are the same, and there are better ones out there that will actually TEACH you and mold you into a good sales person or recruiter. Here, I had to teach myself everything, and that was highly disappointing for me.
