      Pros

      Working with Mondo was very easy. After being recruited, we discussed all the job requirements, what would be the right fit, and made turn around time really quick.

      Cons

      I think the biggest con is that I was found via linked in. This is more feedback than it is a negative review but I think it would help going to schools or career fairs or trying to make it more known for people trying to find jobs!! I didn’t know about Mondo until I was recruited but they are doing good work so I wish more people knew.

      None, it was terrible to work here and they don’t value their employees.

      Cons

      I worked at Mondo for almost 3 years. When I first started, I love the role, but within the last year that I was there, they treated their employees as they were dispensable. Constantly micromanaging, punishing, and treat everyone like garbage. They act like we can just be replaced and they do nothing to make us feel like we have support. The base salary is absolutely awful, and they have no intention of ever raising that for their employees, even with the economy as low as it is. They do the absolute bare minimum for their employees and will fire anyone who speaks up against the company. It’s basically a drink the Kool-Aid type of company if you aren’t obsessed and following every guideline of Mondo, they will get rid of you.

      *Get to work with some cool clients in all different industries * Fast pace environment allows for you to learn on the job in realtime * Pay can be awesome if you're money motivated

      Cons

      * Management lacks integrity at times * Unrealistic expectations/goals in relation to economic changes * Lack of respect in tone/empathy from higher-ups sometimes comes across as rude, disrespectful and just crass.
