      Pros

      Mondo works very quickly and efficiently to assign candidates to a position and still has the ability to make them feel like part of the team. Mondo is a positive and comfortable company to work with.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any cons with Mondo.

      Pros

      Mondo was extremely professional right from the start of my job interview till I was hired fulltime by a well known Media company in NYC. The consultant Relations executives at Mondo are in constant touch throughout the project and gave a good feeling of being a part of the Mondo Family. I will continue to be associated with Mondo in the near future. Highly recommend all IT professionals to work with them.

      Pros

      I met some great people and got some experience under my belt. Being completely honest, it could be fun sometimes, and they do have some nice perks.

      Cons

      I would not wish this job upon anybody. You're working 10 hour days, and you're lucky to take 15 minutes for lunch without people wondering where you were for so long. The environment would get extremely tense and hostile if reqs weren't being brought in, meetings weren't being booked, and if you weren't the best office, it's safe to say you were just the worst. It didn't help that the manager my colleagues and I reported to sat in a different state and was unavailable a majority of the time, but if you were away for a few minutes (maybe in the bathroom or grabbing a QUICK lunch) there was a mini lecture to be had. Finally, feeling belittled and unappreciated was a big issue that my colleagues and I also faced. It didn't matter how great you were doing one day because if your numbers weren't consistently spot on, you were frowned upon by others. If you don't believe me, take into account that in the 4 1/2 months I worked there, 6 people (myself included)quit or were fired.
