Pros

I worked for Mondo for over a year. Starting as an entry level sales rep and working my way up to an Account Director. From the first day I started, I knew I had made the right decision in where to start my sales career. The energy and excitement that everyone shared to be apart of the companies success was infectious. It was also clear from day 1 that upper management, all the way to the CEO, valued each and every team members opinions and ideas on how we could grow and progress the company. I really can't think of another place I could have came into and learned as much as I did in the amount of time I worked for them. This company will sharpen your teeth as a sales professional and give you all the tools necessary to succeed. I should also mention the compensation is well above industry standard. From entry level salary, to their commission plans, they know how to take care of their employee's.

Cons

This is not so much a con, but advice for someone coming in. It is very competitive and entails hard work and resilience, those who are shy or timid might have a hard time adjusting to that type of environment.

Pros

I wish I could list some pro's that I could list here except that it will give you sales experience.

Cons

I usually never take the time to fill out a review, but I felt that it was necessary... My experience at Mondo was TERRIBLE. It was by far the most poorly run company I have ever worked for. They do a really great job selling you on the interview with all the cool perks and benefits, (monthly manicures where someone literally just paints your finger, pay you 50,000k after 5 years..which only 1 person has ever done because most would rather die than work there for that long) etc but once you're in the door they pretty much own you. Upon being hired, you are told there is a ton of room for advancement and in the ISAM program you are supposed to be promoted to an account director role in 12 weeks. After about 22 weeks, not one of the ISAM's had been promoted and are still cold calling their days away because there "isn't a budget to promote them anymore". You will always work over 40 hours a week without lunch breaks (you won't have time). If you do take a lunch break you are judged, and you should never leave before 5:45pm unless you are closing deals. The turnover rate there is INSANE. In the couple months I was there I saw 7 people either get fired or quit. In an office of around 15 people, thats almost a 50% turnover rate. Maybe management should start looking in the mirror and seeing it as a reflection on how they run their business and how unhappy there employees are. My direct manager sat in another state and had absolutely no clue what was going on. She was impossible to reach, always late to our 1 on 1, if she even showed up at all and only cared about numbers. Management there uses fear as motivation and could care less about you and your career, unless you are making them money. If you are not closing deals, you are pretty much writing your termination letter for yourself. There is very little team work there, no support, and everyone is out for themselves. There is pretty much no where to go with a problem as HR only consists of one person. I would highly encourage never working for this company. I am someone that has a "I want to find out for myself" attitude, but if you are looking for honest feedback, from an employee that wasn't bribed to write a positive review, there you have it.

Pros

Pretty cool culture. My manager was a really cool guy.

Cons

I worked at Mondo for more than a year. I was young, the company seemed really lax and they really sell you on the interview. I joined without reading proper reviews (see Bluewolf's page for when they used to be affiliated) and right away noticed that this is not the company I want to be a part of. Management is a soap opera. I've never seen a company micromanage their employees like Mondo does.
