      Pros

      Have a lot of opportunities in the finance IT area. Effective Communicate about the position requirements. Provide useful information about hiring company's background. Pro-active follow up with the company after interview. People are very friendly and approachable and always there to listen to your concerns.

      Pros

      Fun, startup environment. They have amazing perks and give a lot to their employees (i.e. shoeshines, lunches and pretty generous comp plans.) If you do well here you'll make a lot of money.

      Cons

      It's sink or swim and that's not for everyone. It can be a grind so if that's not your thing it's not for you. It's pretty simple, if you don't produce you're out.

      At Mondo there is no set career path. It truly is a place where you create your own success and opportunity. If you show value and bring ideas to the table, management will listen. Mondo is really trying to invest in their employees by implementing an amazing Benefits Platform that no other company out there can match!

      Cons

      Mondo is not for everyone. It's a very high pressure, competitive environment. Personally, that's what makes it fun for me. No day at Mondo is ever the same and that keeps me on my toes!
