Pros
Working from home is a great perk at Mondo, and the company does a good job of recognizing your achievements when you close deals. The team you work with is generally supportive, and the recruitment training provided genuinely makes you a better recruiter compared to other agencies. You also gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment that sharpens your skills and resilience.
Cons
The company is very metrics-heavy, and you'll be questioned for not hitting your numbers, even when there are limited jobs. The focus on faster-moving positions can feel overwhelming, especially with expectations for same-day offer acceptances and rarely allowing candidates a full 24 hours to make a decision. It can be discouraging when it feels like the end of the world if a candidate doesn't accept your offer by the end of the day. You'll often receive pings after hours, on weekends, and even while on PTO. While there's no requirement to respond, the pressure to stay engaged can still be overwhelming.
