Writing this review as a reflection coming into the New Year, and having been with Mondo for so many years... I have so much gratitude for this company! Mondo is a great place to build your career, grow as a person AND a professional, and make great money while doing it. There are so many support programs here to help you to be successful. Mondo has a robust training program for everyone who joins along with specific career tracks so you know exactly how to get promoted and grow. Some specific Pros to working at Mondo: Coworkers Culture Growth Flexibility Leadership

Cons

You need to be willing to put in the work and able to truly manage your time. This isn't an easy job, but if you stick with it and come out on the other side you won't regret it.

Pros

I have been working at Mondo for over 8 years. The company has gone through so much growth and evolution; really shifting their focus to be people-centric. There has been so much change for the better; a culture built on flexibility, results, and connections. Mondo cares so much about the employees not just on a professional level, but personally. My leaders are truly just as invested in my life outside of work. Your voice will always be heard here and respected.

Cons

Navigating change can be hard, but all it takes is patience. If you aren't open to feedback, don't like to work hard and be held accountable to that than Mondo isn't the place for you!

Pros

Luckily in my experience I was never blind to the fact that this place was going to be somewhere that I'd pushed to be my best and in moments it has tougher than I thought. No one here expects you to be perfect but they do expect you to own up to your own shortcomings so they can help you in any way they can. If you can't pick up the phone and call someone then you're not going to get money magically placed in your lap. You are mostly remote so there is no one watching you day in and day out so they rely on metrics but the numbers don't lie. When they say that you build your own desk and you get what you put into it - it's never been truer than here at Mondo. Management works hard to keep everything running smoothly so they trust that you're doing your part. While not everyone takes to a very direct and matter-of-fact process it is truly what will make you better. The scope to offer process here moves faster than I've seen in any other agency, even in perm. That means that you're able to make multiple deals a month and build up your revenue fast. You are pushed to be organized, diligent, and thorough in your process because this is a white glove service agency. If you stay long enough to build your own way here you'll become a better recruitment professional for it. During the good and the bad times every single person on the team will be available to support you, something that many other agencies don't have. Competition is not a problem within the recruitment team because there's always roles coming in so there's room for everyone to win. The tenure on the team is demonstration enough that if you can make a space for yourself here you wont want to leave.

Cons

The processes here at Mondo is one that has been running for years and constantly being updated so it does provide results but if you try to reinvent the wheel or go against what they've set in place you'll really be setting yourself up for more stress and ultimately failure. I've seen many people feel as though they are not "followers" but it really comes down to adapting your own work to the "mondo way" because it has proven time and time again that it works. If that's not something you want to do and you're set in your ways than this is not the environment for you. You will be trained and supported to thrive in this space so you either fight it and burn out or you adapt it and win.
