      Pros

      You will be put under so much stress that you have no choice but to trauma bond with your coworkers and forge a lifetime friendship

      Cons

      Literally everything. I could write a list that would never end. The base pay is low, the healthcare is terrible. The culture is absolute trash. This is one of those places that will refer to coworkers as a "family" and then proceed to inflict as much trauma as your actual family. You are expected to work around the clock and be available for incessant emails and pings. Leadership is laughable. And nepotism is rampant.

      Pros

      The pro is that once you leave you will realize how much better it is at other sales companies.

      Cons

      A previous review states "you would be hard pressed not to see long hours". Well this is for a fact false and comes from somebody who has only experienced working at Mondo. You will not get work life balance, you get 5 days of PTO your first year, you can't take a a sick day and will miss important life events. They use "mentality" as a weapon to get you to grind all day and all night with pings from 7 am to 9 pm. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. If you are on the fence about joining this company do not. Just look at the warning above, this company has tried to inflate their reviews.
