Pros
Mondo made the entire hiring process smooth, transparent, and efficient. Amanda was exceptional from the start. She was proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Overall, nothing negative about the experience itself. The interview process moved pretty quickly (some may not like it), but I actually appreciated this part the most.
