Pros

The opportunity at Mondo is one with no limit to your earning potential in a primarily remote environment. It's extremely entrepreneurial...meaning, you can make a lot of money comparatively to most roles and organizations. You must be a self starter who wants to have control over your income and long term autonomy and flexibility. It takes a lot of work and commitment but if you are someone who wants to grow as a professional, be challenged, and have accelerated growth...this opportunity can be life changing!

Cons

Mondo is not for everyone! You will be held accountable in this role...your success is measured based on results and progress, so with that comes accountability.

Pros

You can make money if the market is good, you work hard, and you work long hours.

Cons

-toxic bosses. They will gaslight you in every 1:1. - They expect all or nothing. Either you produce numbers or you are threatened to get fired. If you have PTO, a life change, or an “off” day/week, no empathy will be given. You will just be expected to deliver. - They say they support mental health but there aren’t any actual practices in play. -PING NATION. You will constantly be pinged at all hours of the day. Expect to be stressed every hour. - Expect your PTO to be declined. - No work/life balance. - They will blame your lack of results on you rather than themselves. - They will give you feedback but never take any of the feedback you give into consideration. -BAM. Burnout awareness month is a joke since they don’t care when you tell them you are burnt out. - Be expected to be treated like a child and be overly micromanaged. - They change their minds all the time and call it “pivoting.” - Managers are all talk and no action but they expect you to be the opposite. -They will obsess over something for 3 days but then forget about it the next. My advice to new hires is to read all the reviews and make your own decision.
