Pros

Free coffee in the office and monthly mixers with provided alcohol.

Cons

Crazy turn around! People get fired within a month for not meeting management's crazy high expectations, and sometimes there isn't even a warning period. All the promises they tell you during the interview process (Summer half Fridays, reasonable hours, etc.) do not exist. Need a vacation day? I wouldn't bother asking for one unless you've worked there a year. Employees are pushed into a 7:45am-6:30pm workday and receive little pay considering the hours worked. The employees that have managed to continue working there longer than six months are not the kind of people anyone enjoys working with and will throw you under the bus at every chance they can. *By the way, many of these "5 Stars for Mondo" reviews are fake. Submitted by employees who are forced to fill these out after a negative one.

Pros

This company has a great young professional environment. Business casual to casual dress, alcohol on Fridays, manicures for the ladies once a month, open environment. Just very "cool" work place. Unlimited vacation days, laid back people, etc. They really sell you on everything they have to offer besides the actual day to day job.

Cons

I've never in my life seen a company turn over employees the way they do. I was there for about 4 months and the office turned over 56% of its staff including management! I've never seen so much cursing in an office in my life, very unprofessional and if I wanted to hear that I'd go to a bar, not my place of work. You have to recruit candidates for jobs that fall through, I never saw a commission check because nothing closes.

Pros

Literally the only pros are working remotely and commission (which is still significantly below industry standards)

Cons

Where to even begin 1. The micro management is absolutely insane, employees are treated like children and not given any freedom to actually do your job. I would have a day where I had 2 submittals and was still being asked about unimportant metrics like how many profiles I had clicked on. 2. Absolutely zero work life balance, expect texts at 9 pm , 6 am, on the weekends, while on PTO. Expect to be available at all hours of the day for absolutely unimportant things that could be handled by someone else. On the topic of PTO, you only get 10 days and then get shamed for wanting to use it, being told they really don’t like people using PTO in q1. 3. Commission structure is awful compared to 95% of companies out there, if you’re a top performer (as I am) you can make way more money somewhere else. 4. Management claims to care about work/life balance and burn out awareness but in reality they only care about numbers. I know multiple people who were asked to work from the hospital while a family member was sick. 5. Any legitimate questions about changes in policy is seen as “pushback” or “arguing” when in reality it’s simply questioning decisions that only make it harder for recruiters to do their jobs.
