Clearly just by looking at the top, someone from the company tried tampering with the ratings LOL so that should tell you a lot about Mondo. The NYC team is a bunch of fakes. The team lead Caroline was pretty ok but fake. As well as Gina. She put on a front always. BAD energy. I was never trained properly. They trained me for about 1 day and left me on my own expecting huge things. Meanwhile this was my first job. I wasn’t paid enough at all. Promised me things that were never made. They would post job listings saying they are hiring FULLY remote but then had to let people down and tell them they had to go into the office. I was “part” of the team but was never included in team meetings. I was super out of loop a lot. I would NEVER recommend mondo to ANYONE. This place is very toxic to work at. The majority of people they look for is white females out of college who were sororities lol. So if you are a female out of college and was in a sorority Do me a favor and find a job that isn’t Mondo.
