Pros

Diversity, endless potential for BPI, great peers, global presence, fun projects

Cons

12 managers in 8 yrs - constant turn over of leadership that is already stretched thin didn't allow for personal development/promotions within our team. Lack of employee recognition programs - that weren't in the "inner circle". Lack of support in operations.

Pros

Remote Work and Competitive Compensation

Cons

Constant layoffs and zero job security have made the workplace extremely unstable. Employees live in constant fear of being fired without warning, regardless of performance. Leadership has no clear vision or long-term strategy, and impulsive overnight decisions directly impact employees’ careers. Overall, a highly toxic and uncertain environment — not recommended for anyone looking for stability or growth.
