      Pros

      Very transparent in leadership thoughts, ideas, concerns, & outlook. Long-term vision is pretty clear and they have made some great moves to facilitate this long-term growth. Generous ESPP (makes lack of 401K not super relevant) Pretty chill policy on WFH

      Cons

      -Leadership decisions can change quickly causing shifting priorities quite often. -Lots of new teams and functions and not a super clear way to understand what they do and who they are -Perks are fine -Male-dominated company/leadership -Comp is a bit low (compared to industry)

      -Talented & engaged coworkers -Big opportunity space for the company and therefore for you! -Career Development (both great skills to pick up, and promotions available when you've skilled up) -Best engineering culture of any employer I've been at (positive, helpful, problem-solving focused, low-BS, level-headed decision makers) -Staff+ Engineers that mentor others -Remote-friendly roles -Open Source, aligns with my personal values

      Cons

      Growing pains, some engineering processes not mature yet. I enjoy navigating and improving these blindspots. It feels like a very large startup for better or worse.
