      Old people from mongodb are good except few senior VP levels leaders in RnD are really useless and political Very inclusive place for all genders good hybrid work, no need to cometo office

      Cons

      I think it might have been a great company but with people coming from Amazon and a strong push from CEO to make it like Amazon has ruined it bug time!! HR is also really bad and lacks empathy! Layoffs could happen and most of time in silent ways and HR offers peneauts comapare to other techn companies. Lost many friends recently in layoffs pay is low
