Pros
Pretty modern company and working culture. Although it's pretty US centric in every aspect, so work-life balance might not be what one would expect. Flexiable working schedule. Nice collegues. Interesting projects.
Cons
It's a company of one product essentially, with all the pain points it brings. Management is clueless where the whole company should go, so there are countless organizational changes and reprioritization of this and that is what one constantly observes. But it's not like it moves the needle really, it's just annoying.
