-Great growth opportunity as a company (app dev, data and database market) -Growing territories across the globe mean new roles and advancement opportunities -Great leadership (CxO, EVP level) and can vouch for my specific team (PubSec) is phenomenal

Cons

New admin process and rollout for Sales (AEs, CSMs, SAs) has been a headache and a half Very cumbersome with no apparent value to customer - only used for internal documentation, metrics, etc. Seems like someone came up with this plan and had not practical idea how it would effect everyone in the org.
