      Pros

      My experience has been positive right from the start. I've almost never seen an interview process that was so organised and transparent. Everyone I've encountered so far seems to love their job and it just sounds like a healthy environment to be working in. Of course, the employee benefits are amazing too!

      Cons

      If I were to complain about one tiny thing, it's the fact that not all employees share the same perks depending on where they're based.

      -great team culture -comp plan was great before FY25Q3 with decent accelerator -world-class training -intelligent people that challenge you every day

      Cons

      -massive comp plan change after FY25 Q3 that crashed your pay cheque significantly -changes in KPI, sales process and comp plan every 6 month -rapid product release that you need to keep up with -very fast pace sales environment

      1. It is one of most challenging evaluation which challenges your technical, behavioral ability besides your sales acumen. 2. Every round is like an elimination round conducted by multiple leaders and senior management. 3. The evaluation leads candidate to read and understand technology in greater detail. Irrespective of outcome you are a better individual. 4. All policies are in line with any listed US headquartered MNC 5. Onboarding has been smooth.

      Cons

      1. The evaluation is time consuming and one is not sure till the end if you will make it as 'Challenge' round is make or break that happens in the end.
