      - The projects I get to work on are interesting and enjoyable - Collaboration between teams is strong - Excellent WLB - Transparent communication from leadership - Solid market position with potential for growth with the right focus and leadership

      - Systems and processes are a dinosaur, be prepared to juggle lots of memos and Google sheets - Priorities shift around a lot - A few micro-managers in mid-level management and director level - Product is very technical so it takes a long time to have enough understanding to start actually working on projects - Very difficult to be considered for a promotion
