Pros

I love working at MongoDB. The onboarding experience was very organized and my Manager is extremely supportive. I feel that I've learned so much already and have so much opportunity to grow further in my career. There is a commitment to work-life balance and respect, which begins in Leadership and trickles down to our team. The pay is great. Everyone is collaborative. I am so glad that I joined this company!

Cons

none that I can think of right now.

Pros

- I have a supportive team and manager in a very positive and inclusive work culture - Been exposed to great career growth opportunities and can definitely see my progress - Currently engaged in fast paced and challenging projects - I've got a flexible work arrangement which MongoDB supports

Cons

I miss living in one of the cities in which the offices are located to immerse myself further in the culture. The offices are located in expensive cities and it might be challenging to some employees to move depending on their region or country.
