      Pros

      Great work life balance. Incredible culture. Good salaries and opportunities. Fast paced growing company.

      Cons

      By early 2024, they will reduce global mobility. Restricting employers to work in the country where they are hired, limiting mobility and ending the "nomadic lifestyle". I think this is a downside since one of the main points of work remotely is the geographic freedom.

      Pros

      Mongo offers an amazing environment to grow your career. Great culture with great people who care about what they do. The product is also an amazing solution.

      Cons

      It's a very fast pace environment and the solution we're selling is complex for people who don't come from a technical background. Mongo offers a lot of support/training for enabling it's employees but it does take some time to get a comfortable understanding of the tech.
