      *consistently changing and evolving processes and practices to better suit the needs of our business and customers *leadership is open to feedback from team *great growth and networking opportunities *highly intelligent and driven peers *company has consistently invested heavily into CS organization *exec team has been together for so long and has performed very well

      *constant change *CS org has seen a very high amount of turnover at the IC level *admin processes and tooling can get in the way of delivery
