Pros

That's the motto of our R&D Program Management team here at MongoDB. It's a pithy way to describe some of things I like best about working here. It's a culture that is always open to getting honest feedback about how we do things and then acting on that feedback to make it better. We are not a PMO and that's on purpose.

Cons

MongoDB is a highly technical company - we make stuff for developers. Staying on top of all that tech as well as doing our regular jobs is tough.
