      Pros

      Wonderful company with amazing growth opportunities and experiences. The people really do make this org a great place to work. Lots of investment into professional growth and the ability to further education through certifications and external opportunities. Very organized as a company, processes are followed and there is great structure to how programs are run.

      Cons

      Upper level Management doesn't seem to care about a person's contributions and promotions are not always based on merit. The culture has shifted drastically from just a few years ago. Constant change and no clear direction on team goals.
