Good salary and RSU Good benefits in line with an American company 90% of the people you work with are very nice and passionate and they always help you during some hard situations

Cons

Micromanagement on a level I've never imagined before, everything has to be approved by senior engineers who are already stressed by the huge workload. As soon as you make few small mistakes, you will go in PIP, and from that moment on it will start the nightmare until you are completely brainwashed or you leave the company. Very stressful environment where mistakes are not allowed and management tend to make a big deal out of very little and stupid mistakes. Extra hours are expected on a normal basis.
