      -MongoDB lives the culture they state on their careers page, and there's no fluff. People are genuine, supportive and genuinely will work with you to help you succeed. -Opportunity is massive, and the results speak for themselves. Recent beats on earnings, and tremendous market share to go after. -Enablement and training are the best I've encountered in my career, with real actions and work so you can learn.

      I can't think of any generic cons other than those that are common to every company. HR's involvement with employees is very low; they are almost invisible and would guide you to an automated process only.
