      Pros

      I've been here a year and it's going very well. The engineering culture is very committed to making thoughtful, well-reasoned and patient decisions. We do a good job balancing product/business needs with engineering professionalism. Good work is rewarded, and my colleagues are nice folks.

      Cons

      The stock value is highly volatile; I suppose we could blame that on the broader market not really understanding how the company works, but still it's frustrating in terms of calculating long-term compensation.
