      Pros

      Most of the folks are smart, hard working and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      In the Sales and Customer Success departments, there's a strong culture of performance and hitting specific metrics and KPIs, which can be good, but the way it's implemented can result in negative side effects (ie. people doing things to hit numbers that aren't in the best interest of the company / customer)

      Pros

      The managers in our department are very supportive, especially when we need to take personal days. There's a great deal of freedom to explore and implement ideas that align with our interests. We still enjoy flexible policies for working from home or in the office, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in leadership can occasionally disrupt both internal and external projects across the organization. Establishing a smoother and more structured handoff process could help mitigate these challenges.

      Pros

      As a relatively new employee, the immediate things I've noticed which also have direct impact on my role are the people I work alongside and my ability to contribute. MongoDB has incredible employees, both technically skilled and great people. I am able to contribute significantly beyond even the scope of my role. I bring substantial experience which I am able to use daily, while still learning continually and being able to continue to hone my professional abilities.

      Cons

      Not really a con, per se, but the opportunities to contribute have been so plenty, can't do them all! It will be a great place to grow with the organization long term.
