Pros
I have been in MongoDB for the past 5 years and so far I've enjoyed the ride. Its a very fast paced company with lot of technology. I started when we were around 3k employees and now we are almost 6.5k and even this huge growth in a short period of time, it has not lost its culture. During this time, I have been promoted and changed roles which means that MongoDB tries to help you in pursuing your professional career.
Cons
I can't think of any major con. The only challenge I see, if we maintain this rapid growth, will be to keep the high calibre of our people and preserve our culture.
