      Watch out for toxic managers

      Pros

      - Most people are smart, hardworking, and friendly. - Some teams are doing really cool, sophisticated things. - Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      - No 401(k) match. - If they restructure you under a toxic manager, they won't care that you are unhappy. They won't care to retain you, even though everyone else values and respects you. They will just tell you to talk to HR. HR won't help, either; they will say you might as well leave the company! - A few misguided leaders.

      Silent Layoffs in place - Beware

      The company seems to be well known, the product is good but definitely a tough sell

      The sales team is having silent layoffs in north america and are asking employees to leave so that they dont have to pay severance

      Well-established company with decent benefits and slim chances of ever going under

      Cons

      Since the stock price took a huge hit due to Revenue reports in 2024, culture has majorly shifted to become more blame-based and a lot of people have recently been put on pretty performative PIPs and then let go (with zero severance!) even when all PIP action items were adequately fulfilled... generally is a worse place to be now than a couple of years ago and many people are leaving
