      - Great Pay (stock heavy, refreshers) - Remote Culture - Nothing else tbh

      Cons

      - Favouritism exists deeply - The more technically strong, the harder time you get - People sprinkling out jargons are winning here somehow

      Pros

      The product (distributed data base) is very interesting in itself.

      Cons

      Remote workers are second class workers. Not being in one of the big offices will make your career stall. Managers will listen to you and dismiss your complaints. All training required for releases had to be done at the same as regular work while having to do the usual workload.
