      Not many. There can be some stress related to workload, but thanks to awesome management, it doesn't happen every day and the usual workload is pretty manageable.

      Everyday, I benefit from MongoDB's team culture of best practice sharing, achievement recognition and efficient. At MongoDB, you can easily set up calls with anyone you'd like to dig into more. And APAC is always taken into consideration, we are not working in silos.

      How to prioritize meetings to ensure the most efficiency. While people are eager to help, timezone is not always considered.
